We were approached by a local developer to obtain planning consent for a large 2,800sq.ft detached dwelling on a windfall site within the development limits of Little Eversden, Cambridge.

Due to the size of the plot, and in order to remain sympathetic with other properties in the area, the client asked us to design a dwelling that had Georgian influences with a symmetrical floor plan, a large double height entrance hall and external period detailing.

Since delegated approval was granted in late 2019, the site has been marketed and sold with consent. Twenty-Nine Architecture has been retained by the buyers of the land and construction is due to start in 2020.
